Exhibit booths have been sold out and are no longer available
Display space is available to registered exhibitors at the World Congress of NGOs. Each exhibit space will be equipped with a choice of either one six-foot by six-foot (2 meter by 2 meter) booth or one six-foot by twelve-foot (2 meter by 4 meter) booth. Each booth is equipped with a three-foot long table and one chair (two chairs for the larger booth). The exhibit booth includes a 26 character Exhibitor Name Board located at the top of the booth. (Please see design sketch below). Exhibitors must set up their own displays. Installation of exhibits may begin at 2:00pm on Thursday, December 10 and end at 1:00pm on Sunday, December 13.
If exhibitors desire to attend the World Congress of NGOs, they must register using the separate registration form.
Due to limited space, individuals/organizations wishing exhibit space are advised to complete this application form as soon as possible.
