Social enterprise Arqaam has launched Logframe Lab, a free online tool to help NGOs match their project ideas with the most relevant indicators for tracking their success.

The tool offers step-by-step guidance through a simple process that results in a downloadable, formatted logical framework (logframe) that can be used for reporting progress to funders.

EpiCore is a virtual community of health professionals using innovative surveillance methods to verify outbreaks of infectious diseases.

The initiative, a partnership between ProMED, HealthMap, TEPHINET, and Ending Pandemics, is looking to expand its coverage worldwide, and in particular, in Africa, and invites health professionals and staff from NGOs working in the field in the region to join its network.

Reuters has announced the launch of one of the biggest leadership summits in the world, Reuters Next. The virtual summit, which takes place from January 11 to 14, 2021, will convene under the theme, "Rethink, Rebuild, Recover; A New Vision For A Better Tomorrow," with speakers including: Ursula von der Leyen, president of the European Commission; Darren Walker, president of the Ford Foundation; and Sebastian Thrun, CEO of Udacity. Among the topics that will be examined during the four days: global trade, climate change and sustainability, the U.S. election and the impact of Brexit, and economic recovery following the pandemic.

First started in 2012, GivingTuesday has become one of the biggest giving days of the year. In 2019, $511 million was given online within 24 hours in the U.S. alone. Kindful has compiled resources to help nonprofits prepare for this global day of giving, which this year takes place on December 1, and fundraising through the end of the year.
